Alexander Gornakov
Alexander is a lifelong aviation enthusiast who has turned his passion into a profession. Flying since 2007, he holds ATP, CSIP, and CFI-AIM credentials, with experience ranging from aerobatics and upset prevention training to advanced jet operations. In addition to leading Skyward, Alexander flies for a large Part 135 charter operator, bringing real-world, high-level operational insight to every client interaction. Known for his detailed, patient, and safety-focused approach, he’s committed to helping pilots and aircraft owners achieve their goals with confidence and precision.
Benedikta Unter Ecker
Benedikta approaches aviation with an explorer’s spirit and a precise, professional skillset. Holding ATP and CFI-AI credentials, she is known for her calm demeanor, sharp decision-making, and ability to make every flight both safe and enjoyable. Her experience spans a wide range of operations, and she takes pride in providing clients with confidence in the cockpit through clear communication and meticulous preparation. Jeff "JJ" Gutowski
JJ brings a unique blend of aviation expertise and a background in real estate development and public relations. An ATP and CFI-AIM holder, JJ has a deep love for learning and an equally strong passion for sharing knowledge with others. His philosophy is simple: take the anxiety out of the cockpit by ensuring pilots are always prepared. Known for his approachable teaching style and thorough preparation, JJ helps clients build both technical skill and lasting confidence in their flying abilities.
